In the middle of Centro, steps from all the activities of San Miguel, this home is a serene and private getaway. Colonial-style home full of hand-crafted details and modern conveniences. This well-designed home has a suite on the main level and two suites on the second all accessed via an elevator. On the lower level are an entertainment room with a projector Tv, a full gym, and a bonus bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a full bath on this level.

Multiple well-designed terraces throughout the house including a roof terrace with a dining area, fire pit surrounding with seating, sound system, and 360-degree views of San Miguel and its many churches. An elevator allows for easy access to all parts of the house excluding the gym. Features: Filtered water throughout, Ac in two bedrooms, home entertainment system, sound system throughout, fully equipped kitchen, wine cellar, library and office, outdoor grill, and parking for one vehicle. Maid service who can also prepare breakfast. A full-time cook can be arranged for an additional fee. All rates shown are all-inclusive, reflecting the full cost of your stay, including applicable taxes and platform fees. There are no hidden charges or additional mandatory fees at booking. Gratuities for household staff are not included and may be extended directly at the guest’s discretion.

* The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates. Please inquire should you need additional time.

-Arrival & Access
House Keys
Keys will be provided upon your arrival. For security purposes, a replacement fee of $50 USD applies to any key not returned at departure.

-Arrival Times
We are pleased to personally welcome guests during standard business hours. Early or late arrivals may be accommodated based on availability and may incur a $25 USD service fee.

-Occupancy & Visitors
Each home is prepared specifically for the number of registered guests confirmed in the reservation.
To preserve the integrity of the property and ensure a comfortable experience:
• The home is not available for parties or gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted to occupy the property.
• Additional visitors require prior written approval.
Unauthorized overnight guests may result in additional nightly charges of $200 USD per person.
Should you wish to extend your stay, we are happy to assist based on availability. Unapproved extensions may be subject to premium nightly rates.

-Pets & Smoking
Unless specifically approved in writing, pets are not permitted on the premises.
This is a non-smoking residence. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a fresh and welcoming environment for all guests.

-Care of the Home
We kindly ask guests to treat the residence with the same care as their own home.
• Furniture and décor should remain in their original placement.
• No alterations, additions, or repairs may be made without prior approval.
• Any damage or maintenance concerns should be reported promptly so we may address them quickly and professionally.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their family members, visitors, or hired service providers during their stay.

-Safety & Surroundings
San Miguel de Allende is a vibrant and historic town. At times, you may experience:
• Church bells
• Cultural celebrations
• Parades or fireworks
• Nearby construction
These are part of the charm and character of our community and are outside the control of the Owner or Agent.
For your safety, please ensure gas fireplaces are turned to “pilot” or off when sleeping or leaving the home.

• Linens and towels are refreshed weekly.

-Personal Belongings
While the property is secure, the Owner and Agent are not responsible for loss or theft of personal items. We encourage guests to secure valuables appropriately.
