Four Bedroom Vacation Rental Casa Esquina del Ojo is conveniently located. It is a gentle downhill walk to Centro's main square, and a short walk to Parque Juarez, Rosewood and Sierra Nevada hotels, and Mercado Sano. The recently renovated and redecorated house combines Mexican colonial architecture with modern style and convenience.

The first level of the house includes the living room, dining room, kitchen as well as a bedroom containing a queen bed and full en suite bathroom. The dining room, the rear of which is a wall of windows and French doors, opens up to the lushly landscaped back garden, fountain, and a sala featuring a grill and fireplace lending a sense of indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and decorative Talavera tile.

The living room can accommodate eight people for conversation, watching the large flatscreen Tv, or gathering around the gas fireplace.There are three additional bedrooms on the second floor. The large master bedroom is located at the rear of the house and overlooks the garden. It features a king-size bed and an en suite full bathroom. It also features a sitting area with a gas fireplace and television.

There are two additional guest rooms on the second floor, both with full en suite bathrooms. One has a queen-size bed and the other contains two twin beds which can be a king. The rooftop has comfortable seating for both sun and shade, as well as a colorful pot garden. It boasts a magnificent 360 view including sunsets, weekend mornings hot air balloons, downtown San Miguel, the Parroquia, and Iglesia de San Antonio. The housekeeper visits twice weekly and is also available to cook meals at an additional cost. Use of the single car garage, Wifi, phones, and bottled water included with stay.

You will be thrilled with this beautiful home and neighborhood.
* The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates. Please inquire should you need additional time. Tips will be paid directly to the staff.

Arrival & Access
House Keys
Keys will be provided upon your arrival. For security purposes, a replacement fee of $50 USD applies to any key not returned at departure.
Arrival Times
We are pleased to personally welcome guests during standard business hours. Early or late arrivals may be accommodated based on availability and may incur a $25 USD service fee.

Occupancy & Visitors
Each home is prepared specifically for the number of registered guests confirmed in the reservation.
To preserve the integrity of the property and ensure a comfortable experience:
• The home is not available for parties or gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted to occupy the property.
• Additional visitors require prior written approval.
Unauthorized overnight guests may result in additional nightly charges of $200 USD per person.
Should you wish to extend your stay, we are happy to assist based on availability. Unapproved extensions may be subject to premium nightly rates.

Pets & Smoking
Unless specifically approved in writing, pets are not permitted on the premises.
This is a non-smoking residence. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a fresh and welcoming environment for all guests.

Care of the Home
We kindly ask guests to treat the residence with the same care as their own home.
• Furniture and décor should remain in their original placement.
• No alterations, additions, or repairs may be made without prior approval.
• Any damage or maintenance concerns should be reported promptly so we may address them quickly and professionally.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their family members, visitors, or hired service providers during their stay.

These are part of the charm and character of our community and are outside the control of the Owner or Agent.
For your safety, please ensure gas fireplaces are turned to “pilot” or off when sleeping or leaving the home.
