☺The house was perfect in every way! It was so beautiful and furnished so well. And the staff Jorge, Saundra and Luce (please forgive the misspellings) made us feel so welcome. Jorge made sure everything we needed was taken care of. The women in the house were so accommodating and sweet. Breakfast was a treat and one day they made us delicious fajitas and guacamole! And margaritas. What a delight it was! We hope to return! The home and staff made our daughter's wedding week incredibly special.

☺Unforgettable Wedding Weekend at Casa San Jose My wife and I decided to have our wedding at Casa San Jose and it was the best decision!

☺Gorgeous Oasis in the heart of San Miguel We rented Casa San José for our family and close friends the weekend our son was married in San Miguel de Allende.

☺Before we arrived, Jim and the team took care of all our requests. Nothing was too big a deal. We arrived at the property and were blown away. Behind the front door we stepped into spectacular world. Besides the splendor of Casa San Jose, the kind and friendly staff made us feel so at home. Jorge was there with Luz , Sandra and Pedro. Such a warm welcome. Walking through the property was thrilling. Each room was different and unique. Beautifully appointed with original art pieces , strategically placed. Tall, scented flowers graced the bathrooms. All the common spaces were inviting and spacious. The gardens and rooftops provided so much joy. Luz and Sandra prepared delicious breakfasts… all in all, a true feast for the senses. This is a place we hope to visit frequently. There are no words…it is a feeling….we left with Casa San Jose with full hearts.

☺This house was incredible for our group of 11 for a wedding. The location, staff, and booking was all great for us and I would recommend the house and Engel & Volkers who handled the booking and my arrival to the house.

☺We stayed there with our family and friends for 5 nights and it was also our wedding venue for 40 people for the ceremony and reception. The staff provided the most incredible and warm service. Jorge the house manager was so helpful and kind. He made everything so easy and relaxing and even booked massages with 5 massage therapist last minute for us the day after the wedding. We had it over in the terrace by the pool. Our guests said the house was just incredible. As a previous wedding planner of 12 years, I wanted a beautiful, natural, and intimate wedding and Casa San Jose delivered beyond my expectations. Just pure magic...

☺From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in the charm and tranquility of this beautifully restored colonial home. The location is perfect: tucked away on a quiet street yet just a short stroll from the vibrant heart of town. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated with authentic Mexican flair. The Garden and shared spaces were wonderful to explore and offered the most amazing setting for our event. What truly set Casa San Jose apart was the warmth of the hospitality. Jorge and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, it felt less like a rental and more like our home away from home...Oh, how we wished that was the case! I would also like to highlight the friendly and professional service from Jim and his team at Engel & Volkers, who manage the property and made the booking process seamless. San Miguel de Allende is a magical place, and Casa San Jose made our visit unforgettable. We’re already dreaming of our return!

☺The property itself is absolutely amazing. It is so well maintained - rooms and bathrooms are spacious and immaculate, staff is over-the-top wonderful, food was outstanding (fabulous breakfasts and Luz's lemon pie is a must). Jorge is so great at making sure all of our needs were met and overall kept our stay seamless. He also surprised us with colorful flags for our Thanksgiving. We could walk to all our restaurant reservations, art galleries, and shops. We were an extended family of 11 people and we all agreed this was the best family vacation ever. On the front end, Agave Rentals was a great company to work with - always got back to me to answer my questions, make special arrangements, and coordinate food in advance. None of us was ready to leave and we hope to have an opportunity to all stay at Casa San Jose again!

☺Jorge (House Manager) and the rest of the house staff were so welcoming and always so courteous. It was better than any hotel in town. The location and amenities were 5 star. The pictures don't do this house justice, it was truly breathtaking.

☺All the rooms a very large with large bathrooms and the pool area was great for the warm day dip. Jorge couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Jim was a great pleasure and easy to work with. Everything was within a 5 minute walk. That's rare for this type of home. We already miss it and can't wait to return.

The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable for our group of 12, making it the perfect setting to gather, relax, and truly enjoy time together. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional full-time staff. They took such wonderful care of us throughout our stay, making everything feel effortless. The food was outstanding, every meal felt special and a highlight for our family was the tamale-making class led by Luz. It was such a joyful, hands-on experience, especially for the kids, and something we’ll always remember. Jorge, the house manager, was incredibly gracious, attentive, and warm. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and memorable. The home itself served as the most beautiful backdrop for the holidays. Can’t recommend highly enough!
