In the interior patio you’ll find a swimming pool surrounded by a lushly landscaped garden and soothing fountain. Inside the house the dining and living rooms are adorned with a captivating collection of folk art and handcrafted decorative items, creating an ambiance that is both vibrant and deeply inviting. The house has a bedroom on the lower level and two on the second all with ensuites. One of the two king beds may be converted into twins. The third bed is queen sized. Comfort is ensured with staff service six days a week, including a talented cook. While groceries are not included, your cook will happily handle the shopping, or a pre-arrival grocery service can be arranged for a seamless start to your holiday. The home is thoughtfully appointed with a purified water system, fully equipped kitchen, convenient laundry room, and a Bluetooth sound system. Other Details to Note: The swimming pool can be heated to 86°f at an additional cost of $50 Usd per day. To ensure it's perfectly warmed for your arrival, please inform us in advance. Tipping is customary to show appreciation for the dedicated staff, though it is not mandatory. A recommended tip guideline is 5% of the rental amount. We recommend generosity for exceptional service.

Arrival & Access
House Keys
Keys will be provided upon your arrival. For security purposes, a replacement fee of $50 USD applies to any key not returned at departure.
Arrival Times
We are pleased to personally welcome guests during standard business hours. Early or late arrivals may be accommodated based on availability and may incur a $25 USD service fee.
Occupancy & Visitors
Each home is prepared specifically for the number of registered guests confirmed in the reservation.
To preserve the integrity of the property and ensure a comfortable experience:
• The home is not available for parties or gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted to occupy the property.
• Additional visitors require prior written approval.
Unauthorized overnight guests may result in additional nightly charges of $200 USD per person.
Should you wish to extend your stay, we are happy to assist based on availability. Unapproved extensions may be subject to premium nightly rates.
Pets & Smoking
Unless specifically approved in writing, pets are not permitted on the premises.
This is a non-smoking residence. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a fresh and welcoming environment for all guests.
Care of the Home
We kindly ask guests to treat the residence with the same care as their own home.
• Furniture and décor should remain in their original placement.
• No alterations, additions, or repairs may be made without prior approval.
• Any damage or maintenance concerns should be reported promptly so we may address them quickly and professionally.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their family members, visitors, or hired service providers during their stay.

For your safety, please ensure gas fireplaces are turned to “pilot” or off when sleeping or leaving the home.
