Casa San Jose

Built in the 18th century, Casa San Jose stands as a revered city historical monument, meticulously restored with local architects and designers. Nestled in the heart of Historic Centro, just three blocks from the Jardin, this hacienda boasts unparalleled elegance and charm.

The ground level envelops you with a traditional central courtyard, adorned with a soothing fountain and ample seating areas. Four of the six bedrooms, all featuring king-sized beds, en suite baths, and private fireplaces, grace this level, ensuring luxurious comfort. The main floor also hosts an exquisite dining room accommodating twelve guests, a spacious living room, a den with modern entertainment amenities, and a chef’s kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and a wine cellar. Outside, a sprawling garden awaits, complete with a refreshing swimming pool and secondary dining area. Ascend to the second level to discover two additional suites, each boasting king-sized beds, private fireplaces, AC units, and private terraces, with one easily convertible into a twin-bed configuration. With a media room, game room, sauna, WiFi and Sonos sound system, Casa San Jose offers the perfect blend of historical charm and contemporary luxury, inviting you to experience the allure of San Miguel de Allende.

The house is fully staffed with an English-speaking house manager, a chef, a maid, and a gardener.

Tips are $700 per week and less for shorter stays.  The pool may be heated at the guest’s option.

House Rules:  Please inquire if traveling with children. Pets are discouraged.  Events over 12 are permitted with approval.  Event fees apply for over 20 guests. The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays but are available at overtime rates.

RENTAL RATES
Nightly:  $ 2,300 / 2,650 High Season & Holidays( Three night minimum – Four night minimum for events )
Weekly: 12,600 / 14,490 High Season & Holidays
Events have a maximum of 50 guests with an event fee of $ 1,500 and $ 500 per additional event.  Agave will secure city permits.
Monthly rates are available upon request.
Rates do not include the following taxes: Value Added Tax (IVA) of 16% and State Hospitality Tax of 4%.
