2 Bedroom Home in Centro Historico steps from the Jardin or Main Square This home has been designed for the best of vacation stays with comfort and function in mind. The light filled two story town home is modern and stylish with clean lines and accents of Mexican charm. Collected over many years of travel the house is filled with beautiful pieces of art and textiles. The northern wall is double height constructed with glass overlooking a lovely herb-filled patio on the ground floor and offering amazing cathedral views.

The first floor boasts a modern chef’s kitchen with a large cook top island and an open concept living and dining area. This area opens to the garden patio for perfect indoor/outdoor living. A garden sala ( outdoor living room ) with Mexican architectural details completes the open patio space. The first floor also has a large bedroom with a full en suite bathroom and smart Tv.

As you come up the stairs to the second floor you are greeted with a breathtaking view of San Miguel’s cathedral. This living room has comfortable seating areas, a desk and a fireplace. This room has a heating/air-conditioning mini split making it comfortable all year. The master bedroom is also on this level with en en suite and walk in closet. This room also has a heating/air-conditioning min split unit and a large screen smart Tv.

Additional Features: Ac in master bedroom. High pressure water purification system, fiber optic WiFi and telephone. Maid three mornings per week.

We are honored to welcome you and are committed to providing an exceptional stay. The following guidelines help us maintain the quality, comfort, and integrity of the home for all guests.

Arrival & Access
House Keys
Keys will be provided upon your arrival. For security purposes, a replacement fee of $50 USD applies to any key not returned at departure.
Arrival Times
We are pleased to personally welcome guests during standard business hours. Early or late arrivals may be accommodated based on availability and may incur a $25 USD service fee.

Occupancy & Visitors
Each home is prepared specifically for the number of registered guests confirmed in the reservation.
To preserve the integrity of the property and ensure a comfortable experience:
• The home is not available for parties or gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted to occupy the property.
• Additional visitors require prior written approval.
Unauthorized overnight guests may result in additional nightly charges of $200 USD per person.
Should you wish to extend your stay, we are happy to assist based on availability. Unapproved extensions may be subject to premium nightly rates.

Pets & Smoking
Unless specifically approved in writing, pets are not permitted on the premises.
This is a non-smoking residence. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a fresh and welcoming environment for all guests.

Care of the Home
We kindly ask guests to treat the residence with the same care as their own home.
• Furniture and décor should remain in their original placement.
• No alterations, additions, or repairs may be made without prior approval.
• Any damage or maintenance concerns should be reported promptly so we may address them quickly and professionally.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their family members, visitors, or hired service providers during their stay.

San Miguel de Allende is a vibrant and historic town. At times, you may experience:

These are part of the charm and character of our community and are outside the control of the Owner or Agent.
For your safety, please ensure gas fireplaces are turned to “pilot” or off when sleeping or leaving the home.
