Getting around the San Antonio area is easy. Downtown San Miguel de Allende is just a short walk or quick taxi/Uber ride away.

We are honored to welcome you and are committed to providing an exceptional stay. The following guidelines help us maintain the quality, comfort, and integrity of the home for all guests.

Arrival & Access
House Keys
Keys will be provided upon your arrival. For security purposes, a replacement fee of $50 USD applies to any key not returned at departure.
Arrival Times
We are pleased to personally welcome guests during standard business hours. Early or late arrivals may be accommodated based on availability and may incur a $25 USD service fee.

Occupancy & Visitors
Each home is prepared specifically for the number of registered guests confirmed in the reservation.
To preserve the integrity of the property and ensure a comfortable experience:
• The home is not available for parties or gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted to occupy the property.
• Additional visitors require prior written approval.
Unauthorized overnight guests may result in additional nightly charges of $200 USD per person.
Should you wish to extend your stay, we are happy to assist based on availability. Unapproved extensions may be subject to premium nightly rates.

Pets & Smoking
Unless specifically approved in writing, pets are not permitted on the premises.
This is a non-smoking residence. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a fresh and welcoming environment for all guests.

Care of the Home
We kindly ask guests to treat the residence with the same care as their own home.
• Furniture and décor should remain in their original placement.
• No alterations, additions, or repairs may be made without prior approval.
• Any damage or maintenance concerns should be reported promptly so we may address them quickly and professionally.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their family members, visitors, or hired service providers during their stay.

Safety & Surroundings
San Miguel de Allende is a vibrant and historic town. At times, you may experience:
• Church bells
• Cultural celebrations
• Parades or fireworks
• Nearby construction
These are part of the charm and character of our community and are outside the control of the Owner or Agent.
For your safety, please ensure gas fireplaces are turned to “pilot” or off when sleeping or leaving the home.

Sustainability & Community Care
Engel & Völkers San Miguel proudly supports the San Miguel Green Initiative to conserve our region’s precious water and energy resources.
• Linens and towels are refreshed weekly.
• We encourage mindful use of water, electricity, and appliances.
• Please turn off non-essential lights and climate controls when not in use.
Your partnership in these efforts helps preserve our beautiful high-desert environment.

Personal Belongings
While the property is secure, the Owner and Agent are not responsible for loss or theft of personal items. We encourage guests to secure valuables appropriately.

Llegada y Acceso / Llaves de la Casa
Las llaves serán entregadas a su llegada. Por razones de seguridad, se aplicará un cargo de $50 USD por cualquier llave que no sea devuelta al momento de la salida.

Horario de Llegada
Con gusto recibimos personalmente a nuestros huéspedes durante el horario laboral habitual. Las llegadas tempranas o tardías podrán acomodarse según disponibilidad y podrían generar un cargo por servicio de $25 USD.

Ocupación y Visitantes
Cada propiedad se prepara específicamente para el número de huéspedes registrados y confirmados en la reservación.
Para preservar la integridad de la propiedad y garantizar una experiencia cómoda:
• La casa no está disponible para fiestas o reuniones.
• Solo los huéspedes registrados pueden ocupar la propiedad.
• Los visitantes adicionales requieren aprobación previa por escrito.
Los huéspedes no autorizados que se queden a dormir podrán generar cargos adicionales de $200 USD por persona, por noche.
Si desean extender su estancia, con gusto los apoyaremos según disponibilidad. Las extensiones no autorizadas podrán estar sujetas a tarifas nocturnas premium.

Mascotas / Fumar
A menos que exista autorización previa por escrito, no se permiten mascotas en la propiedad.
Esta es una residencia libre de humo. Agradecemos su cooperación para ayudarnos a mantener un ambiente fresco y acogedor para todos los huéspedes.

Cuidado de la Propiedad

Por su seguridad, asegúrese de dejar las chimeneas de gas en posición “piloto” o apagadas al dormir o al salir de la propiedad.
Sustentabilidad y Cuidado de la Comunidad
Engel & Völkers San Miguel apoya con orgullo la Iniciativa Verde de San Miguel para conservar los valiosos recursos de agua y energía de nuestra región.
• La ropa de cama y toallas se cambiarán semanalmente.
• Fomentamos el uso responsable del agua, la electricidad y los electrodomésticos.
• Por favor, apague las luces, aires acondicionados, o ventiladores cuando no se necesiten.
Su colaboración ayuda a preservar nuestro hermoso entorno semidesértico.

Objetos Personales
Si bien la propiedad es segura, el Propietario y el Agente no se hacen responsables por la pérdida o robo de objetos personales. Recomendamos asegurar adecuadamente sus objetos de valor.
