Luxurious 3 Bedroom Home in Historic Centro This home was recently renovated by one of San Miguel’s premier architects. Upon entering the property you’ll notice arched ceilings and detailed stonework typical in historic properties in San Miguel. A few steps down you’ll enter the house and discover all the living areas and bedrooms are on a single level. Two guest suites are just a few steps above the pool.

There are three master bedrooms all poolside with ensuite baths. Each has air conditioning, fine linens, and large closets. In addition to a mini-split for Ac and heat each bedroom has a remote-controlled fireplace. The chef’s kitchen with an adjacent breakfast nook leads to a large and comfortable dining and living room. From there you’ll notice a large outdoor sala with a bar, seating, and dining area. The outdoor sala has a large flat-screen Tv.

There is also another flat-screen Tv in a cozy den off the living room. The spacious garden has both a coy pond and a solar-heated swimming pool. The pool is always at a comfortable temperature but can be heated for a small additional fee. The owner has just installed a new roof terrace complete with a mini bar, comfortable seating, and amazing views of San Miguel.

Arrival & Access
House Keys
Keys will be provided upon your arrival. For security purposes, a replacement fee of $50 USD applies to any key not returned at departure.
Arrival Times
We are pleased to personally welcome guests during standard business hours. Early or late arrivals may be accommodated based on availability and may incur a $25 USD service fee.

Occupancy & Visitors
Each home is prepared specifically for the number of registered guests confirmed in the reservation.
To preserve the integrity of the property and ensure a comfortable experience:
• The home is not available for parties or gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted to occupy the property.
• Additional visitors require prior written approval.
Unauthorized overnight guests may result in additional nightly charges of $200 USD per person.
Should you wish to extend your stay, we are happy to assist based on availability. Unapproved extensions may be subject to premium nightly rates.

Pets & Smoking
Unless specifically approved in writing, pets are not permitted on the premises.
This is a non-smoking residence. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a fresh and welcoming environment for all guests.

Care of the Home
We kindly ask guests to treat the residence with the same care as their own home.
• Furniture and décor should remain in their original placement.
• No alterations, additions, or repairs may be made without prior approval.
• Any damage or maintenance concerns should be reported promptly so we may address them quickly and professionally.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their family members, visitors, or hired service providers during their stay.

San Miguel de Allende is a vibrant and historic town. At times, you may experience:

These are part of the charm and character of our community and are outside the control of the Owner or Agent.
For your safety, please ensure gas fireplaces are turned to “pilot” or off when sleeping or leaving the home.
