Terraces are equipped with commercially sized umbrellas and with fine outdoor furniture. Also on this level is a guest suite, with a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom—perfect for guests who prefer minimal stairs. The second level of the main house is anchored by a generously sized guest suite also with a king-size bed and a comfortable seating area featuring iconic Herman Miller lounge chairs next to a large flat screen Tv. The en-suite bathroom includes a soaking tub and shower, offering a spa-like retreat at the end of the day.

This floor also includes a media room with a large sectional sofa and smart Tv, ideal for movie nights or relaxing downtime. From here, a second staircase leads to one of two rooftop terraces, where sweeping views over San Miguel—including the Parroquia—are simply unforgettable. Private Guest Casita with Its Own Terrace Across the courtyard, the third bedroom is located in a separate guest casita, providing exceptional privacy. This self-contained space includes a Queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom. It includes a kitchenette, dining area and private rooftop terrace with a gymasium.

This setup is ideal for three couples traveling together or guests who value having their own independent space. Additional Amenities:

Private entrance

Terraplén Street in San Miguel de Allende is one of the most beautiful and sought-after areas in the Historic Center. It is located very close to the Parroquia and Parque Juárez, while offering a quieter and more residential atmosphere.

With the Parroquia, Parque Juárez, restaurants, cafés, and galleries all within walking distance. Taxis are also readily available nearby.

Arrival & Access
House Keys
Keys will be provided upon your arrival. For security purposes, a replacement fee of $50 USD applies to any key not returned at departure.
Arrival Times
We are pleased to personally welcome guests during standard business hours. Early or late arrivals may be accommodated based on availability and may incur a $25 USD service fee.

Occupancy & Visitors
Each home is prepared specifically for the number of registered guests confirmed in the reservation.
To preserve the integrity of the property and ensure a comfortable experience:
• The home is not available for parties or gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted to occupy the property.
• Additional visitors require prior written approval.
Unauthorized overnight guests may result in additional nightly charges of $200 USD per person.
Should you wish to extend your stay, we are happy to assist based on availability. Unapproved extensions may be subject to premium nightly rates.

Pets & Smoking
Unless specifically approved in writing, pets are not permitted on the premises.
This is a non-smoking residence. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a fresh and welcoming environment for all guests.

Care of the Home

• Furniture and décor should remain in their original placement.
• No alterations, additions, or repairs may be made without prior approval.
