Description

The attached dinning and kitchen make this living feel as spacious as it is. Just outside is a large garden with dining table and comfortable seating surrounding a fire pit. The views begin here with sight of most churches in San Miguel. Finally, this lower level has a bedroom suite with a king sized bed, en suite bath and large closet. This room also has direct access to the entry garden.

On the second level there are two additional bedrooms both with king sized beds and en suite baths. The level also has a small loft overlooking the living room and has a small working desk. The roof terrace is complete with a large sitting area, dining table, large grill and a powder room. Full time maid service ( maid can help with light breakfasts only ), Ac in every bedroom, filtered water throughout, high speed Wifi, cable Tv with 10 Us channels, luxurious bedding, towels and bath robes. This owner has paid attention to every detail. Pets are not permitted.

Modern Light Filled Three Bedroom Home This newly constructed home is located in centro near the intersection with Homobono. It is slightly uphill creating expansive views of San Miguel's skyline. One walks into a large entry surrounded by a jacaranda tree hundreds of years old. The living room has double height ceilings and is filled with light. The attached dinning and kitchen make this living feel as spacious as it is.

Convenient access to Centro, local restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions. Taxis and Uber are readily available, and many areas can be reached within a short walk.

Arrival & Access
House Keys
Keys will be provided upon your arrival. For security purposes, a replacement fee of $50 USD applies to any key not returned at departure.
Arrival Times
We are pleased to personally welcome guests during standard business hours. Early or late arrivals may be accommodated based on availability and may incur a $25 USD service fee.

Occupancy & Visitors
Each home is prepared specifically for the number of registered guests confirmed in the reservation.
To preserve the integrity of the property and ensure a comfortable experience:
• The home is not available for parties or gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted to occupy the property.
• Additional visitors require prior written approval.
Unauthorized overnight guests may result in additional nightly charges of $200 USD per person.
Should you wish to extend your stay, we are happy to assist based on availability. Unapproved extensions may be subject to premium nightly rates.

Pets & Smoking
Unless specifically approved in writing, pets are not permitted on the premises.
This is a non-smoking residence. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a fresh and welcoming environment for all guests.

Care of the Home
We kindly ask guests to treat the residence with the same care as their own home.
• Furniture and décor should remain in their original placement.
• No alterations, additions, or repairs may be made without prior approval.
• Any damage or maintenance concerns should be reported promptly so we may address them quickly and professionally.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their family members, visitors, or hired service providers during their stay.

For your safety, please ensure gas fireplaces are turned to “pilot” or off when sleeping or leaving the home.
